• Document customer interactions meticulously to contribute to service quality and process improvement

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in the automotive or luxury sector
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• A passion for BMW and an understanding of the automotive industry and luxury market
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging customer interactions professionally
• Proficient in the use of customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
