Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through our online chat platform, addressing their inquiries and providing detailed product information
• Assist customers with order-related questions, tracking, and returns in an efficient manner
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and gather feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance overall customer support processes
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customer needs
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
