Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing and customer follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities and customer interactions
• Coordinate and schedule meetings to support sales initiatives and strategies
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for team meetings
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales and administrative skills

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales administration or a related field is a plus but not required
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
