Theoria Medical’s Clinical Operations is seeking an individual to join its team to oversee provider scheduling and the medical records department. This role is fully remote, anywhere in the US.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating provider coverage for planned vacation and unplanned time-off under the guidance and supervision of the Regional Director of Clinical Operations

• Keeps track of PRN providers’ availability

• Update partner facilities on changes to the regular provider schedule as indicated

• Assist with scheduling visits for covering providers as needed

• Processes Weekend scheduling request form and updates CE to reflect weekend shift submissions

• Oversee the Medical Records Department

• General administrative tasks as required

• Email management

• Miscellaneous tasks, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years

• Preferred Associates Degree in Health Information Management or similar focus

• 06:00 AM- 2:00 PM EST

• Monday-Friday with rotation of on-call weekends for scheduling coverage.

Salary: $40,000 – $45,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
