A wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing team! Therapeutic Bodywork is a fully integrative Wellness Center, offering Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, CranioSacral, Organic Skin Care + Waxing, and Reflexology services. We are seeking a personable, dependable candidate with office experience and ideally, an interest in health and wellness. Experience with Mindbody Online is a plus.

This role is essential to our daily operations and ensures we are functioning at peak efficiency. Ideal candidate demonstrates a strong ability to work independently, is well organized and task oriented, has computer proficiency and communicates effectively.

Monday, Thursday, Friday: 4:15pm – 7:30pm, Saturdays 8am-4:30pm *ability to add more hours as needed.

This is a supportive, fun and positive work environment with a strong focus on working as a team.

Some responsibilities include:

-Book and confirm appointments

-Manage appointments and staff schedules

-Provide a very high level of customer service

-Handle all payments

-Educate clients on services and retail products

-Communicate clearly with staff to promote consistency throughout the team

-Have the ability to work independently and recognize areas where extra support is needed

-Restock Wellness Shop and production supplies routinely.
