Title: Administrative/Office Assistant

Start Date: 4 Months

Location: Remote

Description:

• Track the full life cycle of document requests: Create request, send request, record responses, follow-up as needed, close request.
• Identify and follow up on overdue requests. * Maintain up to date metrics on sent, received, and overdue requests.
• Requirements * Highly organized to manage and track large numbers of requests. * Good oral and written communications.
• * Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. * Knowledge of reporting tools, compliance requirements, or IT General Controls nice to have.
• Administers the department record keeping system; updates various department records and publications; ensures that department files are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures; reviews requests for information and determines the appropriateness of release.
• Interprets and relays company policy information; keeps senior executive informed of any deviation on items requiring personal attention. Drafts confidential correspondence, edits documents, takes and transcribes minutes of meetings, and performs other administrative and secretarial duties.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Required)
• Documentation review: 3 years (Required)
