About the Position:
The Senior Compensation Analyst (known as a Senior Rewards Specialist at PPD) will administer and monitor total rewards compensation programs for assigned business units within PPD. This role leads the planning, design, implementation, monitoring and administration of new or complex compensation projects globally.

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced compensation analyst who enjoys building strong relationships and providing consultation, guidance and support to HR partners and line managers in assigned Business groups.
Leads the planning, design, implementation, monitoring and administration of new or complex compensation or benefit programs and projects (e.g. sales incentive, equity plans, or pension schemes).
Develops advanced financial models, performs detailed statistical analysis, and prepares reports and presentations.
Provides consultation, guidance and support to HR partners and line managers on compensation or benefit matters.
Analyzes labor and market data to assess competitive position of compensation programs and develops recommended actions based on findings.
Researches and analyzes new or revised regulations and legislation; provides assessment of impact and develops recommended actions.
Leads work stream for merger and acquisition related program integrations and transitions.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous HR and compensation experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years’).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated project leadership and consultancy skills with ability to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clients
Advanced knowledge of compensation theories, principles, programs, trends and best practices
Ability to apply advanced knowledge, skills, and expertise to communicate and assist internal clients and managers to understand compensation
Strong business acumen with ability to understand complex organizational structures and environments
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data
Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity
Demonstrates executive presence and strong presentation skills
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
