At The RTA Store our brand is founded on excellence in Customer Service. Our position in Phone and Chat Support requires experienced professionals who understand the importance of excellence in service to our clients. In this role you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, troubleshooting, and providing customer support over the phone or via our customer chat support feature.

We’re currently hiring both entry level and experienced professionals for this critical role. You must have flexibility to either work remotely or work from our home office in Hopewell Junction or a combination of both the ability to work from home and work in the office part of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls based on a queue system. Calls must be answered by the 3rd ring and a quota of 8 calls per day and 40 calls per week is required.

• Transfer calls to appropriate representatives and/or departments

• Relay messages to appropriate representatives and/or departments

• Answer all incoming Live Chat inquiries and remain available for the entirety of the shift

• Manage your Zoho Desk Tickets and Gmail to remain organized and closed/filed away.

• Complete all CS Assignments in a timely manner. Rule of thumb is within 4 working hours.

• Create phone appointments and showroom/virtual visits in a system

• Help customers with general policy and product questions

• Help customers place new orders

• Adjust/Redeem rewards points when applicable

• Note orders/contact sheets/leads in CRM accurately and in real time to provide all info needed for the next rep

• Log each call in the CRM on either orders/contact sheets/leads

• Stay updated and informed on company changes, product announcements, and new policies

• Remain organized and utilized resources effectively

Requirements:

• Must be an effective communicator with the ability to work well with your team, other departments, and clients

• Experience with all types of customers and following up on orders

• Detailed oriented able to review, understand, and process

• Problem solving skills are a must – you will need to think on your feet

• Excellent customer service and multitasking skills

Benefits and Compensation:

• $14.00 – $17.00 per hour depending on relevant experience and skill level

Please note this position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay (approved by management) in addition, we pay on a weekly basis.

Schedules:

10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
