ThinkSocial Hiring for Social Media Virtual Assistant- Work from Home Position! Job at Remote Full Time

As a Virtual assistant with #ThinkSocial, you will be working with a multitude of online boutique retailers. Our clients offer a wide variety of products, from apparel and accessories to tasty treats.

Your responsibilities will focus on supporting and expanding our clients’ online presence and selling activities:

• Posting a daily question in client online community groups (Facebook groups) and engaging with community members
• Creating copy and posting products for sale in client online community groups and business pages (Facebook groups and Facebook business pages)
• Supporting clients’ live streams on Facebook (Facebook live for the purpose of selling products)
• Inventory management of available products; this could include inventory entry and/or auditing clients’ multiple electronic inventory tracking systems

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of how to use native Facebook scheduling function
• Knowledge of how to use and access shared Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Trello, LastPass, and using a VPN
• Familiarity with online selling platforms, specifically Shopify, CommentSold, and/or Sonlet
• Ability to effectively manage your time – this is a fully remote position
• Organization – this position is very detail-oriented, attention to detail is key

Preferred Competencies:

• Self-motivated – when you see a process or activity that could be improved, suggest it to management and/or the client
• Effective communication – you will be interfacing directly with our clients and their customers
• Positive outlook – part of this job is encouraging our clients’ mindsets when they are “stuck in a rut”
