This position will deal directly with prospective and existing customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering a high volume of incoming phone calls and recording payments.

Knowledge & Requirements
Basic office administration and organization, knowledge of general office equipment: computers, fax machines, adding machines, multi-line phone systems, etc. Computer programs: MS Office, Excel experience a must.
Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required
Skills
Exceptional verbal, written and listening communication and customer service skills. Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks/responsibilities and complete duties within allotted time. Detail orientation, good time management skills, and organizational ability.
