Thomaston Place Auction Galleries, Maine’s leading auction house, is growing and has an opening for a Front Office Manager.
This position will have direct interaction with clients. Responsibilities include managing auction invoicing, cash receipts, collections, shipping coordination, and processing of incoming phone calls.
The ideal candidate must be energetic, have excellent communication skills, be a multi-tasker and possess great organizational skills.
Qualifications: Minimum of two years’ experience in an office management position with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounts receivable. Must be able to work auction weekends.
