Thompson Creek Window Company is looking for a confident and results-driven Order Completion Specialist to join our team.

The Order Completion Specialist is responsible for accurately reviewing customer contracts for conversion to sales order, auditing sales order throughout life cycle to ensure requirements are met and finalize sales order invoicing upon complete and verified fulfillment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Reviews contract to order and ensure appropriate legal documentation is on file for any changes
• Reviews orders for accuracy and input material and product order information into SAP system
• Processes a combination of quotes, sales orders, and commissions with an established minimum daily requirement
• Audits quotes to verify accuracy of system transfers
• Ensures order is entered correctly the first time to avoid unnecessary costs associated with ordering incorrect products and re-orders
• Audits sales orders and review reports when created and when invoiced
• Communicates with Project Coordinators to maintain updates on order processing status to ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Performs balancing audits, post sales order generation, to ensure required purchase orders generated
• Performs margin audits to ensure appropriate profit/margin being attained
• Reviews, modifies, and posts labor costs
• Determines if services were completed on the 1st visit and within budget and provide feedback to the Service Coordination Department
• Maintains tax logs in reference to posted invoices
• Reviews credit memos
• Posts commissions after each sales order is invoiced
• Ensures all products & materials are invoiced within SAP system and complete invoicing of sales orders
• Compiles, analyzes and reports on life cycle of customer order to identify areas of improvement & optimization
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Education & Experience: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 5 years’ data entry experience. Experience with order processing and/or finance & accounting desired.
• Computer Skills: Competency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Warehouse Management software/system and the ability to develop basic competency utilizing SAP.
