Thompson First Group Hiring for Quality Control Data Entry Clerk Job at Hanover, PA Full Time

We are currently seeking qualified Quality Control Data Entry Clerk for our client in Glen Rock, PA. Candidates with a background working in Warehouse Computer Systems, Data Entry and completing office work is encouraged to apply. This position would be for roughly a 3 month contract.

Shift:

1st shift: 6 am to 2:30 pm

Pay rate:

$19-$20.50/hr

Job Description:

• Gathering statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from employees, other departments and clients.
• Scanning through information to identify pertinent information.
• Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
• Creating accurate spreadsheets.
• Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
• Ensuring data is backed up.
• Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
• Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
• Handling additional duties from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 – $20.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
