About the Role

In this opportunity as a Social Media Analyst, you will:

• Provides marketing campaign, project management, and media production services that lead to the efficient and effective processing, scheduling, and trafficking of marketing campaigns, media projects, design projects, as well as customer service and non-market-facing internal partner projects.
• Participate in on-site client business and creative strategy sessions and provide insight into new industry trends.
• Act as a point of contact for issues related to a creative services workstream within a larger cross-functional project.
• Contribute to marketing strategies as requested.
• Lead project planning sessions with team members to define challenges and provide solutions.
• Provide timely status updates to managers and clients.
• Create and deliver presentations to teams, clients, or cross-functionally.
• May lead and be accountable for straightforward projects and associated teams.
• Provides input to the objectives and goals of the department.
• Set priorities to meet deadlines; develops plans to meet short-term objectives.
• Apply a wide range of policies or standards in straightforward situations.
• Communicates information effectively and checks for understanding.
• Responds to non-standard requests from customers; investigates with assistance from others as needed.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Experience in customer lifecycle marketing.
• Previous experience working with internal stakeholders.
• Previous experience working on marketing initiatives/ strategies.
• Previous experience in Media Creation/ Production.
