1. JOB DESCRIPTION: Trimmer

STATEMENT OF THE JOB

Every Trimmer is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of his or her shift, within the company policy. The primary purpose of the position is to complete daily tasks at the Three Rivers’ Cultivation Facility under the supervision and guidance of the Trim Manager, which include, but are not limited to trimming, bucking, harvesting, and cleaning.

• Interacts with other employees in a courteous and friendly manner.

• Demonstrates a positive attitude and takes pride in their work.

• Works to effectively and expediently complete all assigned tasks.

• Double checks with supervisors when unsure about anything.

• Avoids interpersonal altercations or “drama” with other employees.

• Stays busy and asks supervisor if unsure of what to work on

• Shows dedication to both the grow and also to furthering their Cannabis education

• Handles employee disagreements within established Company guidelines in a courteous and professional manner

• Maintains proper appearance, according to the Dress Code Policy.

• Demonstrates Cannabis growing knowledge and a willingness to learn, and seeks out assistance from coworkers and/or management when necessary.
• Follows grow processes and SOPs at all times.

• Responsible for carrying out tasks assigned by the Trim Manager or any other supervisor.

• Conducts property walkthroughs during downtime to check for trash or anything that needs to be straightened up around the grow.

• Utilizes available training programs with an emphasis on ongoing training.

• Promotes team building in the grow.

• Promotes an equal opportunity environment.

• Keeps aware of and complies with all federal, state and local laws and regulations governing the operation of the grow.

• Understands and ensures that company standards are met.

• Meets with other Company officers and employees to further team building and excellence
