Sr Technical Lead
The Sr Technical Lead is responsible for leading analysis, programming, and configuration of end user applications or systems software including both systems analysis and programming or configuration of packaged products created by third parties. While working as a thought leader within the department, this job recommends operational strategies and plans that have direct impact on results. This role also influences business decisions made by leadership.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Develops strategy and roadmap for delivering innovation and automation while analyzing detailed business requirements and specifications for the application.
Configures internally developed applications and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages.
Plans application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements.
Maintains relationships with clients while communicating with IT and business management and monitors prompt response and support for technical issues.
Receives activity and progress reports regarding applications systems analysis and programming sections
Lead process improvements, cost reduction efforts, tool development to improve the software development and support process in a way that reduces complexity, improves service, and reduces cost.
Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals.

Required Skills:
· 5+yrs of development experience (Angular or Java)
· Understanding of Agile and SAFE delivery
· Thorough understanding of MVC utilizing a micro service architecture and integrating with third party solutions
· Understanding of builds and deployments utilizing Jenkins, Artifactory, and Electric Flow
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with utilizing shared component libraries for UX implementation
· Proficient in Feature Flag development tools such as Split.io
· Experience with Cloud Based Architecture, such as AWS
· Familiar with difference between rendering FTL vs HTML
· Knowledge of Containers (Docker) and Kubernetes platforms (Openshift)
· Understands Least Privileged Model Authentication and Customer IAM solutions such as Ping
· Demonstrate ability to understand and contribute to overall architecture design while leveraging DevOps tools
· Experience utilizing and delivering iFrame and/or Chromeless Browser solutions
· Financial Industry Knowledge
· Familiarity with KAFKA integrations and Splunk tools.
· Proficient in Responsive Web Application development
· Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Base Pay Range: $118,800/yr. – $198,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
