TIAA Hiring for Workplace Operations Concierge at New York, NY Full Time

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver the highest standards in service and consistently maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring the space is optimized, on site meeting & event requests are fulfilled in a timely/efficient manner. Deliver a timely and clear operational update. Collaborating with associates and workplace services on a daily basis and assist the client on other initiatives to elevate the workplace.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Interaction: Ability to effectively communicate with the on site operations team to ensure operational success. Constantly be available for communication opportunities with associates to ensure all expectations and requests are exceed. Provide catering support, and set up for on site meetings and events.

Facilities Management: Ensure that facilities are properly used and maintained. Partner with facilities, space planning, and safety and security to influence and recommend changes to space when necessary. Understand the needs of the associate population occupying the workplace and make quick recommendations for best use of spaces when necessary. Must additionally manage visitor management process, conference booking, and events. Conducts daily walk throughs of workplace.

Technology: Manage workplace reservations platform, be able to use system on mobile deceive and computer. Be an expert user of all TIAA workplace technology platforms.

Potential Salary: $31.02 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
