The TSC Complex Order International Specialist is responsible for being a liaison when it comes to collaborating with Material Operations and Outbound to efficiently ship out completed repairs and parts procurement to all International Locations and Trade Partners. They are also responsible for partnering with internal / external locations internationally to create and process repair orders and estimates. The Complex Order Specialist should strive for excellence and accuracy in the execution of their day to day activities as well as reporting and communication to ensure shipments are facilitated through Customs. This role also requires detailed documentation and follow up as an integral function of the position to ensure TCO and customer expectations are being met.
This role will also support other tasks in the department as needed to ensure overall client service levels are met
