Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Reports to: Contracts Manager

Location: Limerick, PA

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing, understanding, and interpreting contracts presented to the enterprise.
• Ensure reasonable turnaround of incoming contract and insurance requests – all while ensuring that the quality of work is not deteriorated.
• Work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and gather information to accurately account for container/drayage bills.
• Register contractors for ports/railroad and create reservations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or a combination of school/work experience
• Paralegal Certificate (preferred, but not essential)
• Trucking/ Transportation industry experience (preferred, but not essential)

• Must be able to handle various tasks at one time, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Time management, professional communication skills and organizational skills.
• Forward thinking/Proactive Mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with the following:
  • Multi line phone system
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Calendaring
  • eDocument Management (IE – Docusign)
    • Preparation
    • Adjustment
    • Filing
