Job description

Using your knowledge of basic accounting concepts, including revenue generation and expense reporting, you will manage projects and costs centers related to our fleet of approximately a thousand units, with minimal direction. Rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Reports to Fleet Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure best in practice asset utilization
• Provide information by answering questions and requests
• Handle multiple projects
• Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Answer customer and vendor calls, and direct to the appropriate person

Requirements:

• Proficient with spreadsheet development and upkeep, using excel/access and other software systems.
• General accounting knowledge preferred
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Associates Degree Preferred
