TikTok Hiring For PMO, Global Business Solutions at Singapore Full Time

1. Prepare presentations/stories for c-level client meetings w/ Business Head to drive for commercial success and closely monitor client needs and feedbacks
2. Organize / run internal Sales & XFN meetings & help Business Head execute the strategies across multiple markets/functions in SEA
3. Planning of new market expansions in Southeast Asia and growing strong sales presence in expansion cities in Southeast Asia
4. Coordinate XFN collaborations and to partner up more closely with sales teams and closely monitor key metrics i.e Account churns, Product adoptions etc.
5. Assist Business Head with team wide communications docs / presentations, or re-orgs and leadership changes and prepare thorough communications documentss for such complex and sensitive projects
6. Work closely with HR to be an ear on the ground on organizational pain points and feedback to Business Head to help optimise for stronger collaboration and team engagement levels
7. Assist Business Head with any other APAC wide projects as per business needs

1. Ideally at least 3 years of experience as PMO, project manager, or related experience in a commercial strategy / sales support setting
2. Deep understanding of the advertising and digital marketing industry, especially for the APAC and Southeast Asia Region
3. Management Consulting and Strategic consulting experience
4. Passion and drive to work in a fast growing, ambitious and commercially successful regional team
5. Able to thrive under ambiguity and fast changing environment
