TikTok is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition Centre (TAC) team. Our Talent Acquisition team is at the forefront of scaling one of the fastest-growing startups globally. We need the brightest recruiting minds to match our rapidly expanding business needs while bringing the best and most diverse talent into the company. In this role, you will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organisation.

You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate.

This role is a 11-month full-time contract with an agency based out of Dublin, Ireland. TPA Role

Responsibilities:

• Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process, including candidate experience and efficiency.
• Contribute and support a variety of Talent Acquisition initiatives to drive a best-in-class approach to hiring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of coordination experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
