TikTok Hiring For Regional Key Accounts – Business Growth and Operations (Electronics) – Singapore at Singapore Full Time

• Driving category operations regionally in partnerships with country teams and cross-business teams to achieve combined OKR
• Framing the strategy for business in the region and ability to influence and manage decision makers internally and externally
• Structure and plan regional campaigns and XFN collaboration to execute successfully
• Running Projects across the region to pilot new ideas as well as achieve strategic objectives
• Enabling brand onboarding and increasing overall experience for Key accounts partners in the regions
• Use data and qualitative insights to provide impactful business recommendations

• Bachelor degree or above
• 3 years or above experience in Internet e-commerce, self-employment/marketing/industry operation/ Key Account operation experience is preferred
• Have a certain understanding of social e-commerce, content marketing, and celebrity e-commerce; clear logic, methodology, and independent output of quality solutions and implementation
• Local knowledge with international mindset, willing to have some business travel; English as a working language, and local language (Thai/Viet/Tagalog are a plus) to liaise with local market with barrier-free communication, expression and social skills
• Growth mindset, always day 1 mentality and resilience to collaboratively achieve breakthrough
• Senior stakeholder management: Ability to work, communicate and connect with leaders in the industry to grow strategic accounts
• Cross-functional collaborations: Work with both external and internal cross departments like category account managers, campaign, creator and enabler teams to achieve mutual business objectives
• Project planning and Management: Ability to lead, support and run project across the region – piloting new ideas, crafting roadmap and collaboratively deliver collaboration methods and executing them to achieve short and long term objectives
• Strategic and Analytic mindset: Ability to digest large and varied types of data, to provide strategic insights and implementable initiatives
