The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
1. Detailed investigation of incoming records regarding advertisements and accounts that have been flagged to ensure there is no violations and adherence in conjunction with domestic, regional and organizational ads policy
2. Ability to quickly evaluate advertisement content and render decisions by referring to ads policies and guidelines efficiently, while ensuring high quality and delivery
3. Responsible for monetization ads integrity related work, to optimize process improvements and guidelines to improve mitigating risks relating to user safety, fraudulent trends and company reputation to ensure the integrity of our platform
4. Cooperate with other businesses related functions to address urgent inquiries and deal with ad hoc tasks
5. Engage with global operations team to proactively drive daily review volume targets and team goals.
6. Recognize and identify fraudulent trends and patterns and further escalating appropriate action in relation to our enforcement policy.
7. Mentor newly on-boarded team members and coach them on policies and internal tools
1. Fluency in Greek
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and research skills
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Professional experience in content review is preferred, but those with no relevant experience or recently graduated with a strong willingness to learn and high potential can be considered
5. Computer savvy with advanced internet functions and MS Office skills
6. Ability to work under pressure with fast and evolving workflows and work collaboratively across teams while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality while executing strict deadlines
7. Must be flexible in working on a rotational shift schedule that includes day, evening, night and weekend shifts.
