About the job

We are looking for a Market Specialist-Netherlands (NL) with a background in Trust and Safety, Quality Assurance, Content Moderation, and/or Operations Management to help our EMEA operations in rapid growth.

Market Specialists-NL are responsible for proactively driving the communications between the different stakeholders; supporting Ops (Moderation & QA Teams) and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Policy, PnP, Global Training, Emergency Response, Legal etc). Market Specialists organise and coordinate all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.

What will I be doing?

• Partner with different teams within T&S to identify tooling, policy or operational gaps, and manage initiatives to develop new solutions, optimise existing processes, improve safety and user’s experience
• Support QA and Moderation Teams through data analysis and action plan development
• Contribute to improve policies, product, process and provide a better support structure
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams (Policy, PnP, Training, Emergency Response, PQA & Data)
• Conduct risk assessment or identify issues with project implementations and proactively communicate during projects
• Review policy updates and follow the cascading process ensuring the delivery of updates to all Moderation and QA Teams
• Collaborating with Global Training Team to vet cases that will be used to train new hires
• Support QA Management with QA Performance Evaluation e.g. BMQA Accuracy Check, Simulated Incident
• Provide reports & RCAs; Policy Analysis, Market Weekly Report, SPS-high VV cases
• Involvement in procedure writing & process mapping
• Assist XFN teams to communicate project launches, highlight any potential risks/issues and think ahead with workarounds/solutions
• Appeal process final arbitrator to resolve different cases
• Deal with high-risk escalations and collaborate with relevant teams to accurately provide RCAs

What should I bring with me?

• QA experience in the Netherlands market you are applying for
• Great team player and ability to collaborate with different teams
• Outstanding natural communicator, exceptional verbal, written and communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Excellent Policy Knowledge in the supported market
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, functions, charts etc), data analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent time management and coordination skills
