Tingley’s Harvest Center Looking for Accounting Clerk at Lloydminster, AB Full Time
Entry level accounting clerk position. Duties include:
- Maintain Accounts Receivable subledger – post payments on account and reconcile subledger to trial balance
- create and post journal entries for bank transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Review open work orders, calculate monthly work-in-progress and post to general ledger
- Make vendor EFT payments from bank
- Reconcile Floor plan statements to general ledger
- Calculate monthly sales commissions and maintain continuity list
- Calculate and post monthly accruals from payroll
- Assist with other month-end general ledger reconciliations
- opportunity to take on additional accounting duties as grow with role
