Tipico North America is looking to hire an Ad Operations Specialist to join our team in Hoboken, NJ. The Ad Operations Specialist will report directly to the Head of Marketing Technology, Operations & Strategic Partner Integration and will partner with stakeholders across the company, as well as with 3rd party partners, to ensure paid media campaigns are properly traded, trafficked, and reported.
As a key member in the marketing department, the Ad Operations Specialist will use their deep expertise in digital advertising to manage media campaigns from trafficking, setup, optimization, and reporting. Working directly in media buying and ad serving platforms, this role will be responsible for the success of various media campaigns. Key accomplishments include:

• Profitably driving paid media campaigns, with a heavy focus on paid social and assisting with Display and mobile app campaigns, as needed
• Responsible for executing and evaluating the effectiveness of the media programs and demonstrating measurable results (ROI, CPA)
• Programming creative via an ad server while adhering to naming conventions and process that enables granular reporting
• Working closely with the Marketing Analyst to uncover pockets of opportunity to grow the program and reduce cost-per-customer acquisition
• Maintaining a test-and-learn plan to drives innovation within the paid media area

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role in paid media, either agency or brand side
• Experience running Facebook Advertising campaigns. Facebook Ads Manager is a must
• Expertise in data normalization, including adhering to naming conventions,
• Experience with ad serving technologies. Adform expertise a plus
• An understanding of Dynamic Creative a plus
• Super organized taskmaster; Strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Comfortable being challenged and seeking challenge from colleagues and stakeholders
• Ability to think outside of the box, be innovative, adaptable and come up with creative solutions to changing business challenges
• Goal-orientated and results driven with the ability to see the bigger picture
