Note: This job is located in our Hoboken, NJ, we work off a hybrid model and come into the office 2 days per week.

Tipico is looking for an experienced Loyalty & Rewards Manager to help create lead our Tipico Rewards Program. You will oversee the Rewards strategy, critical to retaining our most loyal customers, while also providing a compelling reason for new Tipico customers to play with Tipico on our sportsbook and casino products. Having a passion or knowledge of sports or iGaming is ideal, but if not, we will provide an extensive training experience as well as continued development to make sure you stay up to date with what’s happening in the world of gaming and sports.
Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Develop loyalty/reward program framework that incentivizes frequent play
• Assess and negotiate business partnerships in collaboration with marketing and business development team to add to the rewards program offering
• Research, evaluate, and identify opportunities to improve or change current loyalty offerings to ensure program’s alignment with business strategy
• Engage with key internal stakeholders and customers to create a best-in-class program
• Lead business relationships with external brokers, vendors, and consultants to implement and drive rewards strategy
• Monitor effectiveness and competitiveness of program as well as ensure compliance and regulations are being met
• Work across multiple departments including product, engineering, marketing, compliance, and operations
• Assist with the ideation, design, and implementation of promotional efforts
• Form trust and loyalty with customers by becoming a product and brand expert
• Adhere to strict policies and procedures in a highly regulated market
• Assist in the planning and execution of event activation

Qualifications

• Relevant experience including but not limited to: developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating various components of a rewards/loyalty program
• Proven track record negotiating B2B partnerships
• Demonstrated success with project management and experience with technology-enabled programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship building, retention, and growth
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills
• Independent self-starter who is able to deliver results with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail
• Passion for emerging trends in loyalty and customer experience
• Ability to sustain a high degree of confidentiality, trust, and integrity
• Exceptional written and verbal skills
• Must be 21 years of age or older with the ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
• Bachelors degree with a preferred focus in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar concentration

• Knowledge about and / or experience with sports betting
• Online gaming and gambling experience
