We need an energetic Project Manager who relishes the idea of responsibility for million-dollar healthcare IT projects. 

Titanium Solutions is one of the global leaders in enterprise oral health solutions and we need your help delivering best-in-class software to hospitals, community clinics, school dental programmes and dental universities around the world – your dentist was probably trained on our software and, if you have children, their school dentist is using it!

About the role

We have been in the business for over 25 years and have a solid customer base in New Zealand, Australia, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America. 

You will have complete involvement in delivering a range of projects to our customers, from small functional increments to complete implementations for new customers, including:

• Managing project scope, planning, risks, issues and changes.
• Managing internal development, testing, technical and training resource.
• Engaging with the customer to understand requirements.
• Designing solutions and writing specifications.
• Configuring the solution.
• Supporting customers through release to production.

You’ll need to tick these boxes to apply

• You have at least 3 years of experience in IT.
• Your English is excellent, both written and oral (we can’t stress this enough, as you will need to communicate effectively at all levels of our customers’ businesses and ours).
• You are self-motivated with the ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
• You are able to work in a team environment.
• You are able to travel and work directly with clients from time to time (NZ and Australia, and sometimes beyond).
• You have a sense of humour.
• You are eligible to work in New Zealand.

It will be an advantage if you have

• Exposure to PRINCE2 or experience delivering projects within a project framework, whether you’ve been a project manager before or not.
• Experience in software development environments and agile methodologies.
• Experience in the health sector.
• Exposure to the technologies you’ll encounter (web services, MS SQL Reporting Services, HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
