We are currently recruiting for a title processor/receptionist for our Lake Panasoffkee office. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent work ethic. Opportunity for advancement (and F/T position) for the right candidate.

Experience Requirements:

• 1+ years in title industry required
• Experience with pre & post real estate closing process
• Familiarity with escrow software (Closer’s Choice, etc.)
• Recent experience with new laws, TRID, ALTA
• Florida Notary
• Tech savvy a plus

What you’ll do…

• Pre & post real estate closing process including: data entry, processing files, clearing title issues, ordering surveys and payoff’s, preparing preliminary statements/Alta’s, coordinating mobile closings, resolving post-closing issues, etc.

• Maintain constant communication with all parties throughout the process.
• Duties are to be performed with the highest level of integrity and service.
• Updates and enhances job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

90-day review period will apply in which candidate will work as a 1099/independent contractor. After 90-day period, if management and contractor deem it to be a good fit, we’ll transition you to a W2 employee. Possibility for F/T hours for a true go-getter if desired.
