TN Recruits Hiring for Customer Service Administrator – Full Training Provided at Tonbridge Full Time

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Strong administration experience essential.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Will need to enjoy building relationships.
• Work well as a team to achieve targets .
• Would suit an individual who thinks outside the box bringing fresh ideas.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Calling direct applicant to pre-screen, qualify then promote opportunities
• Monitor responses / applications received and process candidates’ applications efficiently
• Conduct video interview to assess suitability for the role and skills matching
• Write and post job advertisements
• Maintain a good level of compliance in line with CQC regulations
• Utilising attention for detail
• Work closely within a team to ensure efficiency and productiveness

Salary: £24,000 + Bonus Scheme


Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
