- Strong administration experience essential.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Will need to enjoy building relationships.
- Work well as a team to achieve targets .
- Would suit an individual who thinks outside the box bringing fresh ideas.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Calling direct applicant to pre-screen, qualify then promote opportunities
- Monitor responses / applications received and process candidates’ applications efficiently
- Conduct video interview to assess suitability for the role and skills matching
- Write and post job advertisements
- Maintain a good level of compliance in line with CQC regulations
- Utilising attention for detail
- Work closely within a team to ensure efficiency and productiveness
Salary: £24,000 + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Location: Tonbridge
