Toast Hiring for Workforce Management Scheduling Analyst at Boston, MA Full Time

Scheduling Analysts on the Workforce Management team with Toast generate schedules for our contact centers to meet or exceed service levels, abandonment rate, and other key performance indicators.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Scheduling to business needs matching Toast’s growth and service goals by validating and analyzing datasets to identify trends and develop contingency plans for the unexpected.
- Use statistical techniques to interpret data driven analytics to identify and present service improvement opportunities.
- Ongoing partnership and communication with Customer Care Managers, Senior Leaders and Service Vendors.
- Manage a scheduling system to maximize staffing efficiency, including new shifts development.

- Solution-oriented and successful complex problem solver, understanding metric relationships.
- Proficient with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
Pay Range
$56,000—$90,000 USD
