Top Promotions is looking for a Fulfillment Program Warehouse Clerk to work 1st shift. This position assures all fulfillment orders are processed according to set guidelines, assures that fulfillment program stock is counted and shelved, assures cycle counts are performed on all fulfillment program merchandise, and assures orders from stock are pulled and prepped according to order. This position also will assist the warehouse manager in shipping and receiving products, along with other projects.

Hours:

• 40-46 hours/week, Monday-Thursday: 7am-4:30pm, Friday: 7am-12pm (overtime is worked on Friday’s as needed)

Educational Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate (written & verbal) in English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal

Job Experience Preference:

• High volume outbound freight processing.
• Experience with multi-tasking/self organization
• Self starter

Software/Hardware Experience Preference:

• Microsoft Office – entry level understanding.
• UPS Worldship / FedEx (we can train on this)

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Receive and ship fulfillment program orders
• Receive fulfillment program inventory, count and shelve inventory according to part #
• Perform cycle counts on all fulfillment program inventory, help research any discrepancies, turn in adjustments to inventory control personnel for system adjustments.
• Pull production orders for any stock at warehouse, filling out all necessary paperwork.
• Act as back up for outbound shipping
• Operate forklift for loading and unloading semis.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Special projects as assigned by management.

Physical Work Environment: Warehouse Building – employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Employee will be standing most of shift and must be able to lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
