Our customer service team strives to make sure all of our customers are satisfied and that they have a great experience. We parter with various Fortune 500 companies offering remote work from home positions. Your own Pc or laptop is required with Ethernet connection (WIFI not permitted). You have the opportunity to make your own schedule. The minimum hours required is 15 a week but you’re free to work more. We’re looking for individuals who will make sure the customers are happy with their end product, and we need all of our representatives to be upbeat, helpful, and engaging. Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Provide product or service information to customers over the phone.
• Verify customer information for credit purposes.
• Resolve questions about billing and accounts.
• Maintain a database of information about customers.

Pay: $12.00 – $18.00 per hour
