TopFoxx is a rapidly-growing, women-owned start-up founded in New York City, that develops unique, innovative women’s eyewear and accessories. We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager whose years of experience in managing, developing and growing a Digital Marketing Department in the ecommerce and fashion industry will increase our revenue, awareness and engagement for our brand. This individual will use high-level marketing research and knowledge to develop strategies that will elevate our paid media, email marketing, sms marketing, and website initiatives to attract and retain loyal customers globally. You will work directly with our CEO and founder, other high-level management members and a team of highly skilled individuals to collaborate and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Management of key platforms (Paid Media, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Website, Social Media, B2B), meaning fully-developed & researched concept through to full implementation, results tracking and deep analysis.

• Create, develop, oversee and analyze multiple email marketing campaigns to both potential and existing partners with updates on the company, strong calls to action and brand awareness to consistently increase open and response rate.

• Website optimization feedback – web page design, AOV/upsells, etc. that can directly affect ROI of your campaigns.

• Conceptualize & lead ad creatives. Project manage – Ideation to execution – Strategize, coordinate, delegate and oversee (quality control) the implementation and output of ad creatives from the multimedia team. Setting clear expectations and making sure the highest output is hit.

• Analyze google analytics to give feedback to the team on different revenue channels performances (SM, EM & SMS) and give collaborative strategy feedback to the team members.

• Anticipate customer needs based on trend-forecasting, deep understanding of our target demographics and strong knowledge of the global ecommerce marketing industry.

• Continuous research of all current trends in sales and marketing strategies, and the fashion and ecommerce industry to conceptualize plans that will increase awareness, engagement and customer retention for the brand.

• Lead & attend meetings with creative, product development and marketing team members to review upcoming launches, sales and marketing strategies, and align strategic and cohesive messaging across the company.

• Continuously track all revenue and KPIs from the entire Digital Marketing department, and review all analytics from outreach methods to ensure success, increase ROI,identify and solve areas of improvement.

• Remain dedicated to professional growth through research, training, learning from key professionals and experts in your industry and field, and professional development opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years managing a Digital Marketing Department in the ecommerce industry; women’s accessories and fashion industry experience highly preferred.

• Must be able to manage multiple projects at once with urgency, focus, and deep dedication to establish ROI, results, and meet all deadlines, with a can-do attitude.

• Must be able to manage multiple team members in performance through development of KPIs, ensuring employees are accountable for results and aligning with the standards of the company on a consistent basis.

• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where forecasting ability and forward planning is crucial.

• Must be willing to work overtime during key seasons and events, and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and deadlines are met.

Salary & Benefits:

• $5 – $12 per hour; Salary is performance and revenue-based; It grows as you and your department do.

Hours:

Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

**As a member of the management team, overtime hours are expected, particularly during peak seasons and key events.
