We are currently seeking a Social Marketing Specialist whose years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, paid ads and writing skills will bring creative, growth-hacking abilities to our already skilled team. This individual will use knowledge of the ecommerce sector, fashion-industry, high-level marketing and trend forecasting to create high-engagement across TopFoxx’s social media platforms that increase awareness and revenue for our brand. You will work directly with our CEO and founder, other high-level management members and a team of highly skilled individuals to collaborate and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of key platforms (Paid Media, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Website, Social Media, B2B), meaning fully-developed & researched concept through to full implementation, results tracking and deep analysis.

• Management of key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, Pinterest, Facebook Ambassadors Group and Influencer Marketing Program).

• Ideate, draft and finalize copy for the company: SMS, MMS campaigns, captions for IG, Tiktok, FB & Pinterest (both organic pages and paid social ads), blog posts for the website, integrating SEO keywords, and Press Releases.

• Brainstorming creative ideas for brand awareness through a company blog, website copy and other written awareness.

• Project management – Ideation to execution – Strategize, coordinate, delegate and oversee (quality control) the implementation and output of marketing creatives from the multimedia team. Setting clear expectations and making sure the highest output is hit.

• Analyze google analytics to give feedback to the team on different revenue channels performances (SM, Email & SMS) and give collaborative strategy feedback to the team members based on awareness and engagement through the copywriting.

• Anticipate customer needs based on trend-forecasting, deep understanding of our target demographics and strong knowledge of the global ecommerce marketing industry.

• Continuous research of all current trends in sales and marketing strategies, and the fashion and ecommerce industry to conceptualize plans that will increase awareness, engagement and customer retention for the brand.

• Continuously track all revenue and KPIs from the entire Social media department, and review all analytics from outreach methods to ensure success, increase ROI, identify and solve areas of improvement.

• Remain dedicated to professional growth through research, training, learning from key professionals and experts in your industry and field, and professional development opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years managing a Digital Marketing / Public Relations / Social Media Department in the ecommerce industry; women’s accessories and fashion industry experience highly preferred.

• Experience managing employees, including feedback, accountability, KPI development and management, project management, training, and growth-development. (preferred)

• Must be able to manage multiple projects at once with urgency, focus, and deep dedication to establish ROI, results, and meet all deadlines, with a can-do attitude.

• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where forecasting ability and forward planning is crucial.

Salary & Benefits:

Hours:

Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

**Overtime hours are expected, particularly during peak seasons and key events.
