TORQUE3 IS SEEKING AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

• Location: Centerville UT (office based) – just north of Salt Lake City.

This position reports directly to the Company CEO.

JOB OVERVIEW

Torque3 is seeking a bright and enthusiastic business manager-type person to support the CEO and Executive team to help keep the company organized and moving forward. This job is ideal for someone who would like to become a Project Manager, but perhaps is just starting out in that field.

We are a rapidly growing MedTech startup, so you will need to be flexible as the job requirements will vary. There will be huge opportunities for career development as the company expands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the CEO in various tasks, from organizing key meetings and conferences to following up on next steps/actions that need to be attended to.
• Support the CEO by drafting the meeting agenda and related material (PowerPoint slide deck).
• Support the CEO and Exec team in producing high-quality presentations
• Support the Exec team on specific initiatives to achieve high-priority deadlines

We will train the right person in basic project management. This includes:

• Work with the leadership team to ensure the company plan is maintained and coordinated.
• Create charts to display a timeline for project goals, objectives, and milestones.
• Engage with the team to gather input, and disseminate updates, or changes to the plan.

QUALIFICATIONS/DESIRED TRAITS

• Highly proactive with good organizational skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Skilled at using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and social media tools
• Good interpersonal skills and team player
• Self-starter – does not require management
• Highly flexible and hard working
• Resilient under stress
• An aptitude for project management (detail-orientated, good organizational skills)
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Business degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Startup or small company experience preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
