Responsibilities: Channel Marketing Analyst (CMA)

Strategical activities:

• Thorough knowledge of the marketing process, including product launch planning, product advertising and promotions; and planning, developing, and implementing lead generation programs, trainings.
• Develop Marketing demand generation activities, such as: webinars, events with partners and clients.
• Know the Retail ecosystem where Toshiba sells products, to be assertive.
• Manage across matrix organization to secure buy-in of strategic marketing plans, especially as it will require geo or country-level execution.
  • Request funds for Demand Generation plan and monitor implementation.
• Develop strong relationships with partner managers and strategic internal teams to drive partner success & developing best in class marketing with our partners.
• Partner with sales and marketing leadership to advance core business and strategic goals through our Alliance network of channel partners.
• Follow-up to BP’s Planning Sessions.
• Synthesize customer insights to develop a deep understanding of our market and customer segments. Craft & author compelling audience-specific messaging and storytelling.
• Working with the brand marketing and marketing communications team, provide input to collateral development, web updates and social media activities as relates to your programs.
• Measure and report the results of channel marketing programs, promotions, and co-marketing activities with partners.
• Understand changing and differing priorities depending on geography, territories, tiers and how this impacts your channel marketing programs and make strategic changes accordingly.
• Dynamic, articulate, energetic and self-starter personality with demonstrated ability to translate industry and customer insight into executable strategic vision.
• You are a knowledge seeker, continuously pursuing, trialing, and dissecting the latest marketing trends and hottest new technologies.
• You are an outstanding communicator who can influence people at all levels and in various functions; who’s presentation skills are characterized by clarity and brevity.

Preferred Skills:

• College Degree or Work Experience equivalent
• Marketing skills.
• Administration skills.
• Knowledge of TGCS products.
• Relationship with different people in the TGCS organization chart.
• Communication with different levels of the organization chart of a BP (Business Partner).
• Development in business area.
• Must possess effective written and verbal communications skills.
• Should be able to demonstrate PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as learn any corporate or industry administrative software used by the position.
• Proficiency in the Spanish primarily, but also have ability to communicate in English
