The legal intern will assist the legal team in various assignments which include:

• reviewing and drafting of contractual documents relating to the trading and business activities of TEGPA and its subsidiary/affiliates
• drafting and filing of company secretarial and governance documents
• preparing regulatory licence applications and be involved in other regulatory matters
• undertaking legal research
• updating and maintaining TEGPA’s Contracts Register and internal contract electronic filing system
• performing ad hoc tasks as requested by the supervising lawyer(s)
• participating in the deployment of the Compliance program and the compliance risk mapping for TEGPA
• providing broad legal support to the Secretary General to ensure the proper administration of corporate and administration functions
• assisting in the development of TEGPA’s systems, policies and guides on legal and regulatory issues
