We are currently in the process of expanding our business and as a result are looking to hire an experienced office Assistant for a full time, Permanent role based in our head office in Lucan, Co Dublin

This role will involve –

– Data Entry

– Assisting the accounts department as required

– Gathering, Updating, Maintaining and organising employee records and files

– Assisting with placing and updating ads on our Job sites and company website

– Assisting with managing our social media accounts

– Any other ad-hoc office administration duties as required

A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is essential and successful candidates should have strong Computer and social media knowledge and the ability to multitask

Salary on offer is between €21,500 – €24,000 which will fully depend on both experience and suitability for the role
