My Client, A highly reputable, global manufacturing and production business, are currently looking for a team of skilled Manufacturing Operatives to work for them directly in their purpose built facility located in Citywest

These roles are all full time and permanent, they will involve working for my client directly on their own books as a direct, permanent employee, these are not agency or short term roles. I am assisting my client in finding them candidates for the roles

These roles will be all night shift roles, the roster for these roles will be Monday to Thursdays 23:00-07:00 and Fridays 21:00-04:00

My Client is looking to build a new team to resume their night time manufacturing operation, which had ceased due to Covid

A full 4-6 week training programme, with full pay, will be provided by my client for these roles, the training programme for the initial 4-6 week period will happen during the day Monday to Friday but when the team has been assembled the roles will all be on night shift as outlined above

There will be no weekend work involved on these roles, my client is offering a very attractive salary of between €45000-€48000 plus a shift premium and additional benefits and package, the pay frequency is also weekly

We are looking for highly skilled Manufacturing operatives who must as a minimum have a relevant technical qualification and at least 2+ years of working in a similar type of environment operating and adjusting various types of machinery and equipment, the ability to problem solve is also essential

Successful candidates should also have a high standard of English and be eligible to work full time and long term in Ireland

As my client is located in Citywest, successful candidates should be able to reliably commute to the location

These positions are all set to be long term, my client is looking for talented individuals who could potentially still be there in 5+ years
