REMOTE – Health Plan | Customer Service | Sterling, IL | Pays $644 Per Week!

TotalMed is seeking multiple Health Plan Customer Service representatives for an remote

assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as,
  
  refunding money, and adjusting bills
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

Requirements:

• Healthcare or Enrollment Benefits experience in call center is a must
• At least one year call center experience
• Must have reliable internet
