Contract Type – 3 Month Contract to Hire
Vaccine Requirement – vaccine not required (until converted to FTE)

Notes From Manager/MSP:

Required Skills:
1+ years of health care experience
1+ years of customer service experience
Must have strong computer skills
Must have basic healthcare knowledge, including medical terminology

Position Purpose:
The Intake Representative I enters specific data/information from physicians’ requests into a medical management authorization system, achieving the required production quota/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Agents will learn our systems and assist providers on our chat platform with authorization issues and user login issues to our portal.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
