Currently recruiting for 2 STELLAR Customer Service Representatives

Responsibilities Include:

• Interpret customer inquiries (phone, email, web, fax).

• Issue quotations and able to process high volume and complex order entry and maintenance

• Interpret contract flowdowns and communicate internally (quality, commercial)

• Navigate customer portal and generate ASNs

• Manage schedules based on customer requirements and product availability

• Coordinate with internal personnel to communicate Voice of Customer and ensure orders are completed to customers’ requirements

• Communicate regularly with customers to deliver exceptional customer service

• Address customer issues and/or complaints

• Maintain high standard of integrity and transparency with all customers, internal and external.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Minimum educational and work experience requirements for the successful candidate will include the following

• Associates degree (or equivalent work experience) in business or related field

• Aerospace industry experience is a plus

• Highly regulated industry experience required (nuclear, medical, etc)

• Must have 3-5 years previous experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing environment

• Customer facing experience required

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of flexibility, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Previous experience utilizing an ERP system for order entry and order management

• ASN/portal experience required

• Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
