TOWER Insurance Looking for Fraud Analyst/ Desktop Investigator at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time

We are looking for an energetic and analytical Fraud Analyst to join our Claims investigations team to interpret complex data to detect, reduce and prevent Fraud to protect the organisation from revenue loss.

In this role you will manage and conduct all aspects of Tower’s analytic tools and systems to provide investigation leads through analysing call traffic, data mining, documents , interpreting data in order to reduce losses from such risk. You will professionally engage with customers and 3rd parties in phone discussions and interviews to obtain further information. You will use this information to provide advice and recommendations in relation to Fraud and Risk Management process and procedure to the Head of Fraud and Leakage and the claims team.

In this role you will have a high level of insurance knowledge including insurance law and claims/financial services. You will have 2-5 years’ experience in data analysis, decision support and a demonstrated proficiency with analytical software. You will have experience with desktop investigations and claims inquiries with extensive experience in billing, service provision and credit management systems.
