- Must be a four year college graduate
- Can work under pressure without supervision
- Can communicate well on both written and verbal English
- With Customer Handling skills
- Experienced in customer service and telemarketing is an advantage
- Computer Literate
- Pleasant personality
- Can handle stress and willing to do overtime
- Willing to undergo training the Toyota way
- Willing to be assigned in any branches
- Flexible to handle any assigned duties and responsibilities
