Toyota New Zealand Hiring for Vehicle Administrator Job at New Zealand Full Time

Are you able to self-manage’ Able to get in and get the job done without being micro managed’ We have the perfect position for you.

We are looking for a mature Administrator who has time management skills, computer knowledge, is able to juggle multiple balls in the air and remain unflustered.

In this role you will look after the administration aspects of our New Vehicles that arrive to be delivered to our customers here in the Hawkes Bay, so as you can imagine, this is a pivotal and extremely important position.

You will need to liaise with suppliers (signwriters / panelbeaters etc) as well as internal staff to ensure that all the cogs are turning at the right speeds so we can deliver vehicles to our customers, on time. Once all of that is done you will then finalise the process by completing the invoicing through our DMS therefore you must be able to follow clear processes.

We are looking for someone who to join the team initially at Greenmeadows before we move to our larger ultra-modern site at Tomoana. This will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to grow as part of our award-winning team.
