Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant role for a temporary, assignment in Plano, TX.

This position is a 7-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $34.00 /Hr. and $37.00/Hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Executive Business Coordination

• Coordinate exec calendars for both MMZ & CE offices (dual role for 2 executives)
• Coordinate weekly & monthly scheduling with other executive stakeholders
• Support business travel planning both domestically & international
• Support exec budget tracking & expense reporting

Executive Milestone Management

• Collaborate with MMZ/CE teams to support various milestone preparations as needed
• Collaborate with other exec admins for efficient scheduling (multiple parties)
• Establish & sustain relationship with key exec admins in the Sales and R&D pillars

General Executive Support

• Support out of office requests & messaging
• Support technical resource requests i.e. IT equipment, laptop, iPad, upgrades, etc.

Others

• Escalating double-bookings to exec for determining clear time utilization
• Ensuring business travel arrangements are suitable

Requirements

Minimum Requirement:

• H.S. Diploma / Associate degree / Licensed Prof.
• Highly organized with exceptional communication skills
• MS Office expertise: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience working with executive management

Preferred Skill-set

• B.A. Admin or Business
• Agile mindset, ability to work in fast paced teams with quick decision making
