· Warmly welcome and connect with our customers in-store, by phone and online

· Be friendly and engage with the customer while processing their transaction

· Always greet children first!

· Present a full solution to customers by suggesting value-added items that complement their purchase, so they leave with everything they need

· Add fun to the customer experience by playing with / demonstrating items in the queue line

· Work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

Your Experience…

While prior retail experience in a similar role is a definite asset, there are other transferrable skills and experiences that may also enhance your eligibility:

· Camp experience, e.g., camp counsellor, camper

· Hospitality experience, e.g., restaurant, hotel, resort

· “Performance” experience, e.g., drama class, school play, public speaking, etc.
