Data Entry Coordinator
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Temp to Hire position located in Cypress

Duties
Assigns work to be done and monitor’s progress; assigns service requests and work orders to appropriate crew or supervisor.
Maintains tracking reports for the department
Closes out service requests and work orders after job has been completed.
Generates overtime report requests for the department.
Prepares reports for Management.
Knowledge of work hazards and safety precautions.
Ability to draft various types of correspondence.
Ability to deal with public and city officials on a regular basis in a professional, courteous manner.
Ability to complete and submit written reports as needed.

Requirements
Experience: three to seven years related experience.
Education: High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Computer Skills: Computer software experience, such as word processing and spreadsheets preferred.
